Weddings

Congratulations if you are just starting to think about a church wedding! You are very welcome to be married at St John the Baptist, Marldon if you live within the parish boundaries, or if you are a member of our congregation. We know that you might like to marry in a church away from where you live because it has special significance for you through family or other connections, so even if you don’t live in the parish, you may well still be able to get married here.

Visit our weddings site https://www.churchofengland.org/weddings-baptisms-funerals/weddings.aspx to check the legal aspects of getting married in church, and find out all about planning your ceremony.

Our Sunday services at Marldon in January and February are at 9.15 am, with a Celtic communion service on the fourth Sunday, Jan 28th and Feb 25th,

Jan 7th - baptism of Jack Joseph Wattis
Jan 28th - baptism of James Daniel Clement.

All welcome to any or all of our services. We'd love to see you there!
