Nature’s Songbook: Flower Festival

Friday 26th – Sunday 28th June 2026

A festival of floral displays inspired by songs & tunes

Well over 500 people came to what was a very successful Marldon Flower Festival! The event exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to all the community organisations and individuals who put so much time and effort in to producing wonderful displays, providing refreshments, children’s activities, music and so much more.

Those who came along were treated to:

  • Large scale flower displays prepared by experienced arrangers who are active members of the village community
  • Smaller floral display by village groups, including children and young people, to represent their group/what they do.
  • Activities for children and adults linked to both the Festival Theme and to developing an understanding of some of the architectural, artistic and creative treasures of this Grade 1 listed building.

St John Baptist, Marldon church services on Sundays at 10 am, apart from the 5th Sunday in a month when there is a Totnes Team Service. There is also Junior Church and coffee after the service. Do join us! All are welcome.
